You might be wondering what is a jade roller. It is a facial massage tool made from jade stone. Jade has a lot of healing properties, is naturally cool, and helps reduce puffiness.

First, know that fake jade rollers are made of plastic/fiber. They will melt if your burn them. Authentic jade rollers are initially cool and heavy (because it's a stone).
2. Do I need to use serum before using jade roller?
You don't have to use serums when jade rolling. The healing comes from the stones not from the serum. Please refrain from using unbranded serums, we don't know what they're made of. If you want to use moisturizers/serums, we recommend going to your local beauty shop and ask for recommendations.
3. What if I receive a damaged jade roller?
If you receive a damaged/defective item, don't hesitate to contact us right away. Delivery is out of our control but we will replace immediately if in case you received a damaged jade roller.
4. How many days before I receive my order?
You. Delivery time is 2-4 days within Metro Manila & Luzon. It could take 5-7 days to Visayas and Mindanao.
